E-mobility and connectivity. Two terms, two highly different knowledge levels between providers and consumers. On the one hand, there are technologies, synergies, efficiency, and sustainability. On the other, a lack of expertise, the lack of an overview, and corresponding reservations. This discrepancy has led us – on our own initiative – to create a broadly effective communication platform. Our goal: To set the ball rolling when it comes to educating and exchanging information about the latest New Mobility business models, products, and services. To remove obstacles, close gaps in knowledge, and open up access. Direct, from B to C.
We want to reward outstanding work – with GENIUS, Germany’s New Mobility & Connectivity Award. An award for intelligent solutions around which we build a stage that enables us to bring together what belongs together: companies and target groups, products and users, supply and demand. With GENIUS, we are also establishing a brand that will convey knowledge and enthusiasm about New Mobility to people in the long term.
A good idea makes strong partners even better. With the Handelsblatt Media Group as co-initiator and other renowned enterprises as sponsors, we had no problem finding enthusiastic supporters and participants for the New Mobility Award. Our nationwide call to participate was promptly followed by countless applications – clear evidence of how great the industry’s desire for greater public awareness is. A distinguished jury awarded the first GENIUS, honoring both the idea and all the visionaries behind it at one and the same time.
